قَدْ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِلِقَآءِ ٱللَّهِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَتْهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً قَالُوا۟ يَٰحَسْرَتَنَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِيهَا وَهُمْ يَحْمِلُونَ أَوْزَارَهُمْ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِمْ أَلَا سَآءَ مَا يَزِرُونَ
Qad khasiral lazeena kazzaboo biliqaaa'il laahi hattaaa izaa jaaa'at humus Saa'atu baghtan qaaloo yaa hasratanaa 'alaa maa farratnaa feehaa wa hum yahmiloona awzaarahum 'alaa zuhoorihim; alaa saaa'a ma yaziroon
Those will have lost who deny the meeting with Allah, until when the Hour [of resurrection] comes upon them unexpectedly, they will say, "Oh, [how great is] our regret over what we neglected concerning it," while they bear their burdens on their backs. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.

Qaul ara'aytakum in ataakum 'azaabul laahi aw atatkumus Saa'atu a-ghairal laahi tad'oona in kuntum saadiqeen
Say, "Have you considered: if there came to you the punishment of Allah or there came to you the Hour - is it other than Allah you would invoke, if you should be truthful?"

Yas'aloonaka 'anis Saa'ati aiyaana mursaahaa qul innamaa 'ilmuhaa 'inda Rabbee laa yujallaeehaa liwaqtihaaa illaa Hoo; saqulat fis samaawaati wal ard; laa taateekum illaa baghtah; yas'aloonaka ka annaka hafiyyun 'anhaa qul innamaa 'ilmuhaa 'indal laahi wa laakinna aksaran naasi laa ya'lamoon
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly." They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know."

Ma'arif-ul-Quran: أَكَادُ أُخْفِيهَا (I would keep it secret - 20:15): Allah Ta` ala says that He wishes to keep the circumstances relating to the Day of Judgment hidden from all created things including prophets and angels. The word أَكَادُ (I would) gives a subtle hint that it is only to induce people to good deeds...
Tafsir al-Jalalayn: The Hour is assuredly coming. But I will to keep it hidden from mankind — and its nearness in time will manifest itself to them through its signs — so that every soul may be requited thereupon for what it strives for of good or evil.

Allah, the Exalted, says,
فَلَمَّآ أَتَاهَا
(And when he came to it,) This is referring to the fire when he approached it.
نُودِىَ يمُوسَى
(He was called by name: "O Musa!") In another Ayah it says,
نُودِىَ مِن شَاطِىءِ الْوَادِى الأَيْمَنِ فِى الْبُقْعَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ...
بَلْ تَأْتِيهِم بَغْتَةً فَتَبْهَتُهُمْ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ رَدَّهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ
Bal taateehim baghtatan fatabhatuhum falaa yastatee'oona raddahaa wa laa hum yunzaroon
Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.
بلکہ قیامت ان پر ناگہاں آ واقع ہوگی۔ اور ان کے ہوش کھو دے گی۔ پھر نہ تو وہ اس کو ہٹا سکیں گے اور نہ ان کو مہلت دی جائے گی

Yawma tarawnahaa tazhalu kullu murdi'atin 'ammaaa arda'at wa tada'u kullu zaati hamlin hamlahaa wa tarannaasa sukaaraa wa maa hum bisukaaraa wa lakinaa 'azaabal laahi shadeed
On the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child] she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but the punishment of Allah is severe.
(اے مخاطب) جس دن تو اس کو دیکھے گا (اُس دن یہ حال ہوگا کہ) تمام دودھ پلانے والی عورتیں اپنے بچوں کو بھول جائیں گی۔ اور تمام حمل والیوں کے حمل گر پڑیں گے۔ اور لوگ تجھ کو متوالے نظر آئیں گے مگر وہ متوالے نہیں ہوں گے بلکہ (عذاب دیکھ کر) مدہوش ہو رہے ہوں گے۔ بےشک خدا کا عذاب بڑا سخت ہے

And the Day He will call to them, "Where are My 'partners'?" they will say, "We announce to You that there is [no longer] among us any witness [to that]."

وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَٰهُ رَحْمَةً مِّنَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتْهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ هَٰذَا لِى وَمَآ أَظُنُّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ قَآئِمَةً وَلَئِن رُّجِعْتُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّىٓ إِنَّ لِى عِندَهُۥ لَلْحُسْنَىٰ فَلَنُنَبِّئَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍ
Wa la in azaqnaahu rahmatam minnaa mim ba'di dar raaa'a massat hu la yaqoolanna haazaa lee wa maaa azunnus Saa'ata qaaa'imatanw wa la'in ruji'tu ilaa Rabbeee inna lee 'indahoo lalhusnaa; falanu nabbi'annal lazeena kafaroo bimaa 'amiloo wa lanuzeeqan nahum min 'azaabin ghaleez
And if We let him taste mercy from Us after an adversity which has touched him, he will surely say, "This is [due] to me, and I do not think the Hour will occur; and [even] if I should be returned to my Lord, indeed, for me there will be with Him the best." But We will surely inform those who disbelieved about what they did, and We will surely make them taste a massive punishment.

Ma'arif-ul-Quran: فَإِذَا جَاءَتِ الصَّاخَّةُ ( So when there will come the Deafening Noise..80:33). The word sakhkhah means 'deafening cry or shout' and it refers to the blowing of the trumpet, which will be a deafening sound.
