Moses' Call to Pharaoh

دَعْوَةُ مُوسَىٰ لِفِرْعَوْن

"Moses' Call to Pharaoh" marks a profound moment in Islamic history, illustrating Allah's unwavering guidance and the trials of His prophets. It began with a divine command to Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, to confront Pharaoh, who had [indeed transgressed] and become arrogant in his rule. Allah instructed Moses to go forth, not just with power, but also with [gentle speech], hoping Pharaoh might be reminded or fear Him. Moses was sent with [Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment], carrying the weighty message of Tawhid (Oneness of God) and an invitation for Pharaoh to purify himself, fear his Creator, and release the Children of Israel from bondage. This momentous confrontation embodies prophetic steadfastness against tyranny and disbelief. Pharaoh's subsequent rejection and defiance of the clear signs and truth presented by Moses became a pivotal turning point, leading to further divine interventions and ultimately the liberation of the Children of Israel, standing as an eternal lesson for humanity on faith, oppression, and divine justice.

Quran 2 verses

Wa laqad arsalnaa Moosaa bi aayaatinaaa ilaa Fir'awna wa mala'ihee faqaala innee Rasoolu Rabbil 'aalameen

اور ہم نے موسیٰ کو اپنی نشانیاں دے کر فرعون اور اس کے درباریوں کی طرف بھیجا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ میں پروردگار عالم کا بھیجا ہوا ہوں
