Expulsion from Paradise
The expulsion from Paradise, known in Arabic as *al-ikhrāj min al-Jannah*, is a pivotal event in Islamic tradition recounting the departure of Adam and Eve from the blissful Garden. After they were created and dwelled in Paradise, Allah instructed them not to approach a specific tree. However, Satan, driven by envy and arrogance, tempted them, leading them to disobey Allah's command. As a consequence, they were [removed from that state in which they had been] and descended to Earth. This event is not viewed as a curse, but rather as the beginning of humanity's journey and purpose on Earth. It serves as a profound reminder for all generations: [O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise]. Crucially, Adam and Eve immediately repented for their transgression, seeking Allah's forgiveness, saying, [Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers]. This act of repentance highlights Allah's boundless mercy and the ongoing human potential for seeking forgiveness and striving towards righteousness on Earth.

O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.
