ٱللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Allahu yastahzi'u bihim wa yamudduhum fee tughyaanihim ya'mahoon
[But] Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly.

Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed."

Commentary
Ma'arif-ul-Quran: اذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ (Go to the Pharaoh - 20:24). Having suitably armed him with two great miracles, Allah Ta` ala commanded Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) to proceed to Egypt and invite the Pharaoh to accept the true faith because he had exceeded all bounds in his tyranny and misdeeds.
Tafsir al-Jalalayn: Go as a messenger from God to Pharaoh and to those with him. He has indeed transgressed’ he has exceeded the usual limits in his disbelief by claiming to be a god.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir (English): The Hand of Musa turning White without any Disease
