Submission to God

"Islam," at its heart, means "submission to God" – a profound state of surrendering one's will to the Divine Creator. It's not merely a religion in the conventional sense, but a natural disposition and a timeless path embraced by all prophets throughout history. Figures like Abraham and Jacob exemplified this, with Abraham praying to God, [make us Muslims [in submission] to You], and instructing his sons, [do not die except while you are Muslims]. This concept underscores a universal faith, where all prophets, including Moses and Jesus, brought the same essential message of monotheism and devotion. As believers, we are encouraged to [enter into Islam completely [and perfectly]], embracing a life of peace, purpose, and alignment with God's will. It’s a journey of recognizing the One God and living in harmony with His guidance, acknowledging that [we make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him]. This complete surrender brings inner tranquility and outward righteousness, forming the essence of a Muslim's identity and connection to the Divine.

Quran 30 verses

Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.
