Divine Omnipotence

قُدْرَةُ اللَّهِ

Divine Omnipotence (Qudrat Allah) embodies Allah's absolute, limitless, and unparalleled power over all existence. It is a foundational pillar of Islamic belief, affirming that nothing is beyond His will or control. From the majestic creation of the heavens and the vastness of the earth to the intricate balance of life itself, everything stands as a testament to His supreme might. Allah's power means He is [over all things competent], capable of creating, sustaining, transforming, and bringing to an end whatever He wills. This isn't merely a theoretical concept; it assures believers that the universe operates according to a divine plan, and that [He is competent to do that], even replacing nations if He wills. This understanding cultivates profound awe and humility in the human heart, reminding us of our complete reliance on Him. It inspires trust, knowing that no challenge is too great for the Creator, and ultimately, [to Allah is your return, and He is over all things competent]. This belief encourages submission, gratitude, and a deep sense of peace in His divine wisdom and all-encompassing might.

Quran 33 verses
