Piety of Hearts

تَقْوَى الْقُلُوب

"Piety of Hearts" (تَقْوَى الْقُلُوب), or *taqwa al-qulub*, points to a profound inner state of God-consciousness and devotion that resides deep within the human heart. Ultimately, Allah looks at the sincerity and condition of our hearts, not just our outward appearances. It is this inner quality that truly elevates an individual in His sight, for [the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you]. Cultivating *taqwa al-qulub* is therefore central to achieving spiritual excellence and a deeper connection with the Divine.
